摘要：概述了電力市場運營系統(tǒng)的特點，在對比分析C S與B S體系結(jié)構(gòu)和分布式組件技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合系統(tǒng)特點給出了C S與B S結(jié)構(gòu)混合模式的一種實用可行的電力市場運營系統(tǒng)體系解決方案。并討論了基于IEC 61970
